Whether you are new to the area or have lived in PGA for many years, you will find helpful information on this site.

PGA is a 2,340 acre community comprised of more than 40 individual neighborhood associations. Clicking this link – COMMUNITIES – will bring you to a list of the communities and access to the management company contact for each community.

The day-to-day operations are handled through the POA office on Fairway Drive by the Lang Management Company staff who report to the nine member Board of Governors. There are also a number of Committees who report to the Board.   Information about the Board and the Committees can be found by clicking here for the BOARD and here for the COMMITTEES.

Within PGA National there are also four golf courses and a world class spa and hotel with several restaurants, all open to the public. Residents and non-residents can purchase a golf membership or join the Fitness Center. A link to the PGA Resort and Spa can be found to the right of this article.

There are three beautiful PARKS for the residents’ use; two have playground equipment (Burwick Park and Marlwood Park) and one has a very nice jogging trail with fitness stations (Masters Park). The Special Events Committee organizes two major events each year: The Annual Children’s Party in the Park held on the 4th Saturday in April and the Art Festival & Craft Fair held on the 2nd Saturday in December. The Children’s Party is strictly for the residents and their guests but the Arts & Crafts Festival is open to the public. Talented residents and outside artists and crafters sell their creations along the jogging trail in Masters Park while shoppers meander through booths and stroll through the various gardens.

Each of the events is summarized on this website and applications for the Art Festival & Craft Fair (held each December) can be found under the “Documents and Forms” heading. Also under this heading are a number of helpful forms for owners who plan to rent or sell a home in PGA; owners who are going away on vacation; and, of course, the complete governing documents and rules and regulations.
